Enterprise-Wide Approach

In 2001, TiM recognized that the next wave of technology development would converge medical equipment with information systems technology  and transform medical equipment from discrete devices to clinical systems. As a result of this, TiM began to extend its service scope to encompass clinical technology throughout the enterprise. This Enterprise-Wide approach continues to drive TiM to develop a knowledgeof these systems and an ability to integrate them into its asset/technology management system. This is evident today in the increased profile of TiM as a systems integrator, utilizing Clinical Engineering to assure that new systems work together properly. TiM leaders continue to work at the state and national level in areas of equipment interoperability and connectivity.
