TiM has a long tradition of attracting and retaining the best and the brightest engineers, technicians and support staff because TiM has consistently recognized that people are its most valuable asset. TiM uses both in-house training and outside training programs in order to maintain a high quality service level, and tracks the development of skills across its staff. Many of TiM’s technicians and support personnel have been employed by TiM for over 10 years.

All TiM staff members are required to abide by the company’s Code of Ethics and policies for the use of the Internet. All staff are trained in HIPAA requirements for patient privacy. In accord with the policy of the Massachusetts Criminal History Systems Board, all TiM personnel who are permanently stationed at accounts or handle Protected Health Information receive Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks or equivalent background checks in other states.

TiM further assures the quality of its service by periodically engaging an outside firm to conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys of users of TiM services. According to The Gasparovic Group reports, TiM has consistently “scored higher overall than all other providers in the region.”
