Working for TiM is a career, not just a job. When a person joins the TiM team, they are committing to an organization where excellence is expected on a daily basis. There is a collegial atmosphere at TiM, where everyone’s opinion is respected, and the key value proposition is the good of the customer, and by extension, the patient. TiM has a competitive benefits program, and makes individual professional development through training a priority; but the real benefits of working at TiM are the knowledge that you can make a difference – that while we must be financially responsible, we make decisions based on what the right thing is to do for the customer, and that when you run into a problem, there is a small army of the best and the brightest standing behind you, ready to help. Training Training for TiM staff begins at orientation, where a thorough introduction to TiM, the job, the workplace, and the expectations is provided. Throughout your career at TiM, the opportunity to advance is encouraged, whether it is through certification, formal education, or company sponsored seminars and service schools. Individuals who wish to move into positions of management have opportunities as account managers. Those who prefer to excel in technical skills, may likewise do so. Training is channeled through TiM’s Director Education and Training, David Harrington, PhD. Some course work is provided in the Saul Aronow Center of Excellence, in Holliston. Other training is provided off site at regional or national conferences.
