What is TiM's service area?
TiM service areas vary in geographic range, depending on the service. TiM Clinical Engineering consulting services, biomedical audits, and Gold PAC plans are generally available in the continental United States. Other services are usually available in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic states.

Does TiM manufacturer any medical devices?
No, TiM provides a wide range of clinical engineering and biomedical equipment support services. These include consulting on codes and standards, facility testing, environmental testing, and a wide range of programs for the management of medical equipment and the costs of maintaining it.

Does TiM provide service on special equipment like Imaging?
Yes. TiM has a specialty service staff which services many types of X-ray equipment. We also have in-house expertise in sterilizers, respiratory therapy, and anesthesia equipment.

Does TiM repair everything?
No. No one can repair every type of equipment with proficiency. Those items TiM does not service with our own staff are covered under special arrangements with one or more of our pre-qualified vendors. Many of these vendors are the original manufacturers of the equipment.

TiM was founded in 1974. It has operated since then under the same management and ideals.

TiM has over 30 years of experience and has successfully supported customers from small clinics to multi-site integrated healthcare systems.

TiM has a variety of support models, including situations where we work in concert with in - house personnel. Where a hospital wishes to completely outsource the biomedical department, TiM can provide a seamless transition as well.
