Resident Plan

The Resident Plan provides one or more full-time biomedical technicians to maintain, repair, and support a wide variety of equipment for hospitals that want a full-time biomedical presence, without the burden of staffing an in-house department.

Services can be tailored to augment an existing program, to create and manage a new department, or to "out-source" an existing biomedical function. TiM provides everything required including a customized action plan for success, compliance, and savings.

All Resident Plan labor is provided on a fixed-fee basis. Parts can be acquired through TiM or by the hospital as desired. Service provided by other vendors to highly specialized technologies, such as MRI or automated laboratory analyzers, can be enhanced through TiM's Technology Management Process. We can assist our clients in contract negotiations and comparison of service strategies for savings and overall value.
