TiM’s primary service line is the management of healthcare technology. These services include management of technology service costs and logistics (“Asset Management”), direct medical equipment maintenance and repair services, facility testing, and clinical engineering consulting services. TiM’s approach to service is based on balancing the needs for cost containment, control of service quality, and compliance with regulations.
TiM affords customers the maximum opportunity to reduce maintenance expenditures while maintaining the quality level of service that patients and staff expect. Compliance, with accrediting and regulatory requirements, as well as full financial analysis, is facilitated through TiM’s exclusive MainMan®-21 information management system, and MyPortal customer interface.
As medical equipment continues to evolve and become more closely converged with hospital networks and information technology systems, TiM has taken the proactive step of assuming an Enterprise-Wide approach to service. TiM recognizes that the medical device may no longer be confined to the bedside environment of care, but that a wider environment of information exists which must be considered in any comprehensive plan for the management of medical technology assets.
